My Mission
It has been my life's work to learn how to integrate the body, mind and spirit to cultivate health, first as a mental health therapist, then as a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, and now also as a clinical herbalist. We are complicated beings, our histories, current life experiences, stresses, joys, traumas, connections - all play a role in wellbeing. When we are in deep relationship with all aspects of self, we can trust in our inherent wisdom to heal. It is my ambition to humbly partner with you on your healing journey to facilitate your maximum vitality.

Clinical Herbalism
Herbs are slow and deep healers that offer generous support to body systems and enable them to function at their best. As an herbalist, I work with clients to understand their health concerns at a systems level and use herbs, supplements, nutrition and lifestyle changes to build better health. Some common health concerns that may benefit from herbal medicine include:

My understanding is that tension and blocks held in the energetic system create tension and blocks in the musculoskeletal and emotional aspects and can create the foundation for the development of illness. It is with this awareness that I approach my work as a massage therapist. I find that the most effect bodywork integrates energy and physicality, creating a flow state through which one's natural vitality can thrive. Sessions weave together various modalities including deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, cupping, Reiki and medical Qigong. Each session is unique, but clients can expect most of the work to be deep tissue and structural in nature and a small portion to be energy work, unless otherwise requested.
